We’re delighted that a small fashion show will return for this year’s North East Ladies Day Annual Anniversary Luncheon. Guest feedback about our fashion show has always been resoundingly positive so we’re very excited that it will return this year.
The NELD fashion show is specifically designed to meet our audience, featuring a good range of diversity in size, occasion and price. We’re very excited to announce that this year’s fashion show will be hosted by three talented local businesses – Betty’s Boudoir, House of Zana and Catherine Hart Hats.
Betty’s Boudoir is a small ladies clothing boutique on the main High Street of sophisticated County Durham Village Sedgefield. Although a small village, Sedgefield is an affluent destination for shoppers and foodies who enjoy afternoon tea, lunch and a look around our small independent shops situated around a colourful village green.
Betty’s Boudoir stocks classic and versatile clothing pieces that appeal to a wide range of ages. Our customers often say “It’s nice to see something a bit different”. Clothing ranges from embellished evening dresses, cocktail dresses and smart jackets, to cosy knits, coats and the odd casual denim. Alongside Clothing Betty’s Boudoir also stocks bags, a selection of shoes, watches and jewellery.
House of Zana
House of Zana was born from a desire for original designs, from the search for unique dresses and not finding anything to meet that need on the high street. The brand began in July 2018 when Amber visited Albania, finding many shops hand making clothing to a very high quality and to the customer’s specific requirements. Amber decided to design some dresses for herself and when she saw the finished pieces she knew she wanted to create more.
House of Zana stock boutiques around the UK and also sell on three online platforms. They still aim to keep the collections unique and so constantly design new pieces to ensure there is always something new and they never over produce the designs, keeping them exclusive.
The brand can be recognised by its bold prints, from stunning golds to loud animal prints, each fabric is chosen for its luxurious quality. House of Zana is for everyone, the designs are very versatile allowing them to be worn for a range of occasions and by all ages and sizes.
