The JPC Community Farm Registered Charity Number is: 1172634
One of our three fantastic charity partners for 2018 is JPC Community Farm. You can find out more about this amazing project below.
Our chosen charity, JPC Community Farm have secured planning consent for 16 independent living homes. This will support 18 young adults with special and complex needs to have their own front door. The farm is set in 23.5 Acres at Busby near Stokesley, North Yorkshire.

First of all, the farm will be developed into a haven for fun with a huge range of appropriate facilities including:
- A specially adapted outdoor play area
- Petting farm
- Horticultural therapy garden
- Respite lodges
Consequently, this charity’s work will enable young adults to thrive and gain independence within the safe environment of the farm. Getting each independent living home ready as soon as possible, is the main focus.
The future of the farm
In the future, further facilities will be added including:
- An indoor play area
- Hydrotherapy pool
- Grand Marquee to utilise for Day Care as well as corporate functions and special needs weddings
JPC Community Farm will set the future standards of special needs care. The charity will use the latest technology and offer the highest standards of care from its team.
The JPC Community Farm motto
Everything this charity do focuses on their core motto – “Where just enough, isn’t good enough”.
